hey, i’m ali
- movement practitioner, seasonal wanderer, and lover of slow, intentional movement. YogaAli was born from my Sankalpa: a deep vow to help others feel good, move well, and build strength that lasts. I believe movement should be intuitive, nourishing, and sustainable — something you return to not just out of discipline, but because it feels good. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, seasonal living, and the belief that play is essential to living well.
On top of offering regular movement classes and workshops locally, my goal to lead retreats is rooted in a deep love and appreciation for exploration, restoration and integration.
Through immersive retreats and embodied wellness experiences, you’re invited to explore what feels good, build strength, and move well — so you can live well. These retreats aren’t just about movement; they’re about education, nourishment, and integration. You’ll leave with tools, insights, and practices you can integrate into your everyday life - exercising all the pillars of wellness.
From hot retreats in tropical beach towns to cold retreats in snowy mountain landscapes (and absolutely everything in between) - each experience is rooted in real rest for your system, deep nourishment through sleep, food and meditation, and the kind of play that reminds you why movement really matters.
Whether it’s surfing, snowboarding, or simply slowing down, movement is medicine — and play is the spoon that makes it delicious.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
For now, this website will showcase any workshops, classes, and upcoming wellness retreats.
Let this be your invitation to feel grounded, strong, and held - for the long haul.
I can't wait to practice, explore and grow with you!
w/ gratitude,
Ali x
